In a move to add to our ever growing stable of qualified IP professionals, KASS welcomed an experienced and very capable addition to its Indonesian office, PT. KASS Indonesia IP Services, in the form of Country Manager, Carola Monintja (“Carla”), who supervises and coordinates the overall business operations of KASS in Indonesia.
Apart from providing efficient IP assistance, she offers comprehensive advice that is tailored to the needs of each client, and ensures the prompt execution of all trademark, industrial design and patent matters in the Republic.
With more than 18 years of experience in the IP field under her belt, Carla has impressive credentials, having been a legal manager for an Indonesian consumer products giant and having headed the legal department of a top IP firm in Indonesia. She has also presented talks to stakeholders across diverse industries on IP-related topics via seminars and workshops conducted over various platforms. Her vast expertise on IP rights in Indonesia brings a new dimension to KASS in its effort to be the IP Heartbeat of Southeast Asia.
