Prior to joining KASS, Kaarthic worked with a general law firm and a leading Malaysian technology and Business Process Outsourcing company, giving him familiarity with client servicing, legal analysis, drafting agreements and more.

Using these experiences to his advantage, he looks after local and international portfolios at KASS, handling the registration and prosecution of trademarks and industrial designs. He also deals with trademark oppositions, conducts trademark searches, and provides advice on copyright, franchising and licensing matters.
