A UTHM graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Basirah brings her strong foundation in Internet of Things (IOT), smart devices, renewable energy, and medical devices to the KASS patent team.

Her experience and regulatory compliance knowledge make her an excellent addition to the team, where she specializes in handling patent examination reports, freedom-to-operate searches, patent and utility model application preparation, analysis, and invalidity opinions.

She also provides advice to both local and international clients on patent strategies and is adept at handling foreign filing procedures via the PCT and Paris Convention route.
