Wipaphat, or “Aui” as she is better known, possesses over 10 years of experience in Intellectual Property, having previously worked in the IP division of an established ASEAN-focused law firm. Well-versed in all areas of IP rights, Aui specialises in patents and is an expert in analysing and evaluating patent applications and in conducting patent searches with the ability to formulate legal strategies and opinions using legal research techniques. She manages a global portfolio of clients across a multitude of industries and drafts patent specifications to capture novelty and inventiveness while ensuring the broadest possible protection.

At KASS, she is also responsible for implementing strategic collaborations, pitching for new business and developing the capabilities of junior team members in Thailand. A Registered Patent Agent since 2016, Aui is regularly invited to speak on issues pertaining to IP rights and share her expertise on patent protection.
